STEM Training provides guidance and support for school and district level Science Melas, Manak-Inspire awards, and student competitions such as Olympiads. The programme aims to nurture scientific curiosity and innovation among government school students who otherwise have limited exposure to such opportunities.

Through structured mentorship and resource support, students are guided to develop science projects, prepare for competitions, and present their ideas at regional and national platforms. This exposure builds confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
